BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain Swain, Beau Frick, Jake Class, Craig Peterson, Jill Chapman, and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the October 12, 2016 meeting.

Motion carried

Chief Billmire read the financial report.

Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Hill moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:

Chief Billmire reported on the 2015-16 budget closeout.

REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT: Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.

EMS: Jill Chapman and Chief Billmire reported on EMS.

PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong reported on fire prevention and inspection.

TRAINING: Chief Billmire reported on training.

VOLUNTEERS: Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, and Jill Chapman reported on the volunteers.

APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT: Beau Frick and Jake Class reported on apparatus and equipment.

ADMINISTRATION: Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.

LOCAL 4564: Beau Frick reported on local 4564.

NEW BUSINESS:

Chief Billmire gave an update on the new hire process.

Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 07:52.
