Short Term Rental Information

The City of McCall has partnered with the McCall Fire Protection District to provide annual Short Term Rental (STR) inspections.

The inspections standards have been adopted by the McCall City Council and a pre-inspection form was developed to assist STR owners with implementation of the standards.

The pre-inspection document is downloadable (CLICK HERE). STR owners are encouraged to go through each item to ensure compliance prior to scheduling the safety inspection.
