Short Term Rental Information

The McCall Fire Protection District has partnered with the City of McCall to provide annual Short Term Rental (STR) fire safety inspections.

The inspections standards have been adopted by City Council and a pre-inspection form was developed to assist STR owners with implementation of the standards.

The pre-inspection document is downloadable (click on the button below). STR owners are encouraged to go through each item to ensure compliance prior to scheduling the safety inspection.
