BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present:  Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain Olson, Jon Metz, Joe Becker, Jill Chapman, and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:00.
Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to approve the minutes from the March 13, 2017 and March 28, 2017 Special Meeting with one correction to the Special Meeting, it should read bookkeeping and reporting practices instead of accounting and reporting practices.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
 
Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:
 
Chief updated the Commissioners on Snowmobile replacement.
 
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT:  Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
 
EMS: Jill Chapman reported on EMS.
 
PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspection.
 
TRAINING:  Chief Billmire and Assistant Chief de Jong reported on training.
 
VOLUNTEERS:  Assistant Chief de Jong reported on volunteers.
 
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT:  Chief Billmire reported on apparatus.
 
ADMINISTRATION:  Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.
 
LOCAL 4564:  Captain Olsen reported on local 4564.
 
NEW BUSINESS:
 
Chief Billmire reviewed the Aspen Ridge Structure Fire.
 
Chief Billmire reported on the live burn/structure donation from MDHS.
 
Chief Billmire reported on Wildfire Preparedness Day/Grant.
 
Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried.  The meeting adjourned at 08:33.
