McCall Fire Protection District Board of Commissioners special meeting minutes for April 14
McCALL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING April 14, 2015 17:00 Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill and Commissioner Noah Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 17:04. At 17:05 Commissioner Noah made a motion to go into executive session to discuss personnel matters. At 17:46 the Commissioners came back to public meeting. At 17:47 Commissioner Noah made a motion to approve the changes in the employment agreement made in executive session. Motion: Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn. Second Motion carried: the meeting adjourned at 17:48. Approved:
