Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah (by phone), Chief Billmire, 
Captain VanMiddendorp, Captain Swain, Nick Caple, and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion: Commissioner Hill moved to approve minutes from the September 11, 2013 meeting.
Second
Motion carried.
Chief Billmire read the financial report.
Motion: Commissioner Hill moved to accept the financial report and approve payment of all bills.

Motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS:
Chief Billmire reported on the Wildland Deployment Final Report.
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT: Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
EMS: Captain VanMiddendorp reported on EMS events.
PREVENTION/INSPECTIONS: Chief Billmire reported on prevention and inspections.
VOLUNTEERS: Chief Billmire reported on the volunteers.
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT: Chief Billmire reported on vehicles and other equipment.
ADMINISTRATION: Pat reported on Administration.
NEW BUSINESS:
Chief Billmire informed the Commissioners that Jared Zwygart has left Bailey and Co and gone out on his 
own. We now have a new contract with him to do our annual audit.
Chief Billmire reviewed our month end budget with the Commissioners.
Chief Billmire updated the Commissioners on our health insurance.
Motion: Commissioner Binder moved to adjourn.
