BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain Van Middendorp, Captain Swain, Matt Caldwell, Joe Becker, Jill Chapman, and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:11.
Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to approve the minutes from the September 14, 2016 meeting.

Motion carried

Chief Billmire read the financial report.

Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:

Commissioner Noah moved to appoint Robert Hill to fill vacant seat for Commissioner of Sub-district 3 for the remainder of the term, which expires January 12, 2020.

REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT: Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.

EMS: Jill Chapman and Captain VanMiddendorp reported on EMS.

PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspection.

TRAINING: Chief Billmire and Jill Chapman reported on training.

VOLUNTEERS: Matt Caldwell reported on the volunteers.

APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT: Captain Swain reported on apparatus and equipment.

ADMINISTRATION: Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.

LOCAL 4564: Jay Mentzer reported on local 4564.

NEW BUSINESS:

Commissioners Noah moved to accept and sign the Meadows Valley EMS Response MOU.

Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 08:25.
