BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Jay Mentzer, Craig Peterson, Jordan Ockunzzi, Heather Thiry, Beau Frick, Captain Olson, Captain Van Middendorp, August Wheeler, Joe Becker, Brooke Caldwell, Jill Chapman, Pat Dumont, and Jordan and Heather’s families.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.

Motion:  Commissioner Noah moved to approve the minutes from the December 12, 2016 meeting.

Motion carried

Chief Billmire read the financial report.

Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:

Swearing-in ceremony for Heather, Craig and Jordan.

REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT: Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.

EMS: Jill Chapman and Jay Mentzer reported on EMS.

PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong reported on fire prevention and inspection.

TRAINING: Captain Van Middendorp reported on training.

VOLUNTEERS: Brooke Caldwell reported on the volunteers.

APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT: Chief Billmire, Beau Frick, and Jay Mentzer reported on apparatus and equipment.

ADMINISTRATION: Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.

LOCAL 4564: August Wheeler and Beau Frick reported on local 4564.

NEW BUSINESS:

Commissioners Noah moved to approve and sign the 2017 Brundage Mountain Contract.

Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 07:52.
