BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING

Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Jay Mentzer, Brooke Caldwell, Jill Chapman, and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:06.

Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the November 9, 2016 meeting.

Motion carried

Chief Billmire read the financial report.

Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Hill moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:

Chief Billmire announced the names of the three full time new-hires.

REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT: Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.

EMS: Jill Chapman reported on EMS.

PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong reported on fire prevention and inspection.

TRAINING: Chief Billmire and Jay Mentzer reported on recent and future training.

VOLUNTEERS: Brooke Caldwell reported on the volunteers.

APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT: Chief Billmire reported on apparatus and equipment.

ADMINISTRATION: Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.

LOCAL 4564: Jay Mentzer reported on local 4564.

NEW BUSINESS:

Chief Billmire reported on the St. Luke’s McCall Auxiliary Grant Award.

Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.

Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 08:14.
