Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Jay Mentzer, Beau Frick, August Wheeler, Heather Thiry, and Matt Caldwell.

Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion:  Commissioner Hill moved to approve the minutes from the February 8, 2017 meeting.

Motion carried

Chief Billmire read the financial report.

Motion:  Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.

OLD BUSINESS:

August Wheeler gave a snowmobile replacement update.

REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT: Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.

EMS: Jay Mentzer reported on EMS.

PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Chief Billmire reported on fire prevention and inspection.

TRAINING: Chief Billmire reported on training.

VOLUNTEERS: Matt Caldwell reported on the volunteers.

APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT: Chief Billmire reported on apparatus

ADMINISTRATION: Chief Billmire reported on administration.

LOCAL 4564: August Wheeler reported on local 4564.

NEW BUSINESS:

Motion:  Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn/

Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 08:05.
