BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS BUDGET MEETING

07:00 am, August 23, 2017
Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Noah, Commissioner Hill, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, August Wheeler, Matt McMahan, Joe Becker, Captain Class, Captain VanMiddendorp and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:00.
Chief Billmire reviewed the 2017-2018 Budget.
Motion: Commissioner Noah moved to approve and accept the 2017-2018 Budget as presented.

At 07:15 Chief Billmire reviewed the 2017-2018 Debt Service Budget.

Motion: Commissioner Noah moved to approve and accept the 2017-2018 Debt Service Budget as presented.

Motion carried

At 07:30 Sherry Maupin from Idaho First Bank gave a presentation on their Secured Public Money Market Account to the Commissioners. Commissioners tabled this matter until the September Commissioners meeting.

Chief Billmire reviewed the RFP process and recommended that no action be taken.

Motion: Commissioner Noah made a motion to terminate and not resubmit the RFP.

Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 08:29.
