Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain Olson, Captain VanMiddendorp, Jay Mentzer, Anna Martin, Matt Caldwell and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:00.
Motion: Commissioner Noah moved to approve the minutes from the March 11, 2015 meeting.

Chief Billmire read the financial report.
Motion: Commissioner Noah moved to accept the financial report and approve payment of all bills.

OLD BUSINESS:
LOCAL 4564: Jonas presented the Commissioners with the final copy of 2016-18 CBA.
Commissioner Noah made a motion to accept the CBA as presented.
Second
Motion carried, Commissioners signed CBA.
REPORTS:
MONTHLY REPORT: Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report
EMS: Anna Martin reported on EMS.
PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong explained the new ISO rating to the Commissioners.
TRAINING: Chief Billmire reported on training.
VOLUNTEERS: Matt Caldwell reported on volunteers.
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT: Chief Billmire reported on apparatus.
ADMINISTRATION: Pat and Chief Billmire reported on administration.
LOCAL 4564: Anna Martin reported on local 4564.
NEW BUSINESS:
Assistant Chief de Jong updated the Commissioners on the final figures for Wildland Deployment.
Chief Billmire presented the new 2015-16 Valley County EMS contract to the Commissioners.
Commissioner Hill moved to accept the new Valley County EMS contract as presented.

Motion Carried, Commissioners signed new EMS contract.
Commissioner Noah brought up the proposed Local Option Tax and how important it is that we all vote.
Motion: Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.
Second
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 08:54.
