Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Captain Van Middendorp, Jake Class, Anna Martin, Jay Mentzer, Captain Swain, Beau Frick, Jonas Bean, Jill Chapman, Mike Gurney and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion: Commissioner Noah moved to approve the minutes from the June 8, 2016 meeting.
Chief Billmire read the financial report.
Motion: Commissioners reviewed the financial report and Commissioner Noah moved to pay the bills as presented.
Chief Billmire and Jill Chapman reported on ambulance billing.
Chief Billmire and Jonas Bean reported on the 2016-17 budget and the Select Health insurance increase.
MONTHLY REPORT: Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
EMS: Captain Van Middendorp and Chief Billmire reported on EMS.
PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Chief Billmire and Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspection.
TRAINING: Captain Van Middendorp reported on training.
VOLUNTEERS: Mike Gurney reported on volunteers.
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT: Beau Frick and Jake Class reported on apparatus.
ADMINISTRATION: Pat reported on administration.
LOCAL 4564: Anna Martin reported on local 4564.
Chief Billmire and Assistant Chief reported on possible tax levy increase and/or station remodel bond.
Chief Billmire reported on the 4th of July.
Motion: Commissioner Binder made a motion to adjourn.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 07:52.
