Present: Commissioner Binder, Commissioner Hill, Commissioner Noah, Chief Billmire, Assistant Chief de Jong, Jill Morris, Nick Caple, Michael Gurney and Pat Dumont.
Commissioner Binder called the meeting to order at 07:02.
Motion: Commissioner Hill moved to approve minutes from the October 9, 2013 meeting.
Chief Billmire read the financial report.
Motion: Commissioner Hill moved to accept the financial report and approve payment of all bills.
Chief Billmire reported on the 2012 – 13 budget summary.
MONTHLY REPORT: Chief Billmire reviewed the Monthly Report.
EMS: Jill Morris reported on the training she just attended. Chief Billmire reported on EMS.
PREVENTION/INSPECTION: Assistant Chief de Jong reported on prevention and inspections.
VOLUNTEERS: Chief Billmire reported on the volunteers.
APPARATUS/EQUIPMENT: Chief Billmire reported on vehicles and other equipment.
ADMINISTRATION: Pat informed the Commissioners that our annual audit will be the first week in Dec. Chief Billmire discussed the date of our Holiday Party.
Chief Billmire discussed the Fire Boat and our insurance claim with VFIS, it was decided to pay the increase to last year’s premium and have this year’s adjusted for the time the boat is in storage and reduce the covered value.
Chief Billmire reported that he is applying for the AFG Grant again this year.
Motion: Commissioner Binder moved to adjourn.
Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 08:28.
